Whether you are bringing a vehicle to display or simply coming to enjoy the atmosphere, Beautiful Figures is designed to feel intentional, social, and visually unforgettable.

Beautiful Figures is Cellars Gallery’s curated vehicle social — a gathering built for people who appreciate beautiful machines and the culture around them.

The name carries a double meaning on purpose. It is about form, shape, proportion, design, and presence. Cars, trucks, and bikes all have their own language of lines and stance, and this event is built to celebrate that in a setting that feels more intentional than the average meet.

For this first event, Cellars Gallery is opening the space to a limited number of display vehicles and a broader group of spectators who want to walk the lineup, enjoy the atmosphere, connect with others, and experience something different from the typical parking lot scene.

Selected cars, trucks, and motorcycles will be featured throughout the event to create a lineup that feels strong, varied, and worth seeing.

Display Vehicle Registration

Display space for this first event is limited and requires pre-registration.

A display registration gives selected participants access to the curated vehicle section of the event and helps Cellars Gallery maintain the tone, layout, and safety of the evening.

Display Vehicle Admission

Pre-Registered Display Vehicle: $15

All display vehicles must be submitted in advance. Registration does not guarantee placement until approved.

Spectator access is intentionally kept low-cost for this first event to build awareness, attract the right crowd, and establish the tone of Beautiful Figures.

General Spectator Ticket: $5

Spectators are welcome to walk the event, view the vehicles, support the vendors, and enjoy the atmosphere. Space is limited to preserve the experience.

Vendor Applications

Cellars Gallery is accepting a limited number of vendors whose products and presentation fit the tone of Beautiful Figures.

Ideal vendors for this event include:

  • coffee or beverage vendors

  • automotive lifestyle brands

  • detailing or car care brands

  • apparel brands

  • photography or media vendors

  • art and design vendors

  • premium accessories and curated retail concepts

Vendors should align with the visual standard and overall culture of the event. This is not a flea market environment. Presentation matters.

Rules and Event Standards

This section matters. It protects the event, the venue, and the kind of crowd you want to build.

Event Rules

All attendees, drivers, riders, and vendors must follow Cellars Gallery event rules at all times.

Vehicle Conduct

Display vehicles must be pre-registered and approved before arrival.
All vehicles must enter and exit slowly and safely.
Maximum speed on site: 5 MPH.
No burnouts, drifting, donuts, racing, hard launches, reckless revving, or disruptive driving of any kind.
Once directed into place, display vehicles must remain parked until the designated exit window unless otherwise approved by event staff.

Safety and Respect

No alcohol or drug use on arrival or while operating a vehicle.
No dangerous behavior, disorderly conduct, or harassment.
Do not touch vehicles without the owner’s permission.
Do not block traffic lanes, driveways, entrances, or vendor areas.
Follow all staff instructions immediately.

Admission and Removal

Cellars Gallery reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle, spectator, or vendor at its sole discretion.
Any person or vehicle creating an unsafe, reckless, disruptive, or unwanted environment may be removed immediately without refund.
Participation in dangerous driving or stunt behavior will result in immediate removal and possible ban from future events.

No touching cars without permission.
Cellars reserves the right to remove anyone disrupting the event.

Cellars Gallery is built around culture, design, and presence. Beautiful Figures expands that vision beyond the walls by creating a place where machines can be appreciated the same way people appreciate art — through line, proportion, form, texture, and character.

This event was created for the people who slow down and actually notice what they are looking at. The stance of a truck. The shape of a fender. The line of a bike. The way a machine carries the personality of the person who built it, cared for it, or drives it.
